We are looking for experienced customer service coordinators (call takers/dispatchers) to work from our main office location in Harleysville, PA.
Job Description: Scheduling service calls and dispatching technicians. Applying for permits and scheduling Inspections. Promoting our company services and specials offers. Answering customer concerns and follow up our services with a “happy call,” plus some general office duties.
Do you have the following people skills? Be someone who enjoys talking to all sorts of people, be friendly and outgoing, and have impressive communication skills. Take initiative to keep customers happy by following up service calls to check our customer’s satisfaction with the services we provide. Be responsible for taking calls, handling customers, and scheduling work, and be persuasive without seeming argumentative. Support and prepare the materials necessary for our field technicians to be successful and once properly trained, you will be confident and comfortable working as part of our team.
