Daily Duties: Be on time to your appointments, meet homeowners, and be an expert advisor to help our customers select the best available HVAC system for their home. Do great paperwork and have a consistent sales process. You will be dispatched from home, not our office.
Minimum Requirements: You must be knowledgeable in the residential HVAC industry. Be familiar with the residential heating and cooling replacement sales and installation process. Keep your promises to your customers. Do great paperwork and follow up with your customers. Everyone must have the ability to start early and work late, especially during the busy seasons. You must have a valid driver’s license and pass a substance test and background check. No DUI/DWIs in the past (5) years.
Compensation: Absolutely one of the top compensation programs in our industry, flexible schedule, fair distribution of sales leads. It’s not uncommon to earn more than $110,000 or more per year.
