We are looking for the very best, experienced, dedicated, career minded residential HVAC installation technicians to come work with us, not for us! If you are under-appreciated, under-compensated, or work in a negative work environment, it’s time to join our team at Lowry Services.

Daily Duties: Replacing and installing residential heating and cooling systems, boilers, ductless splits, radiant heat, duct work, humidifiers, thermostats and indoor air quality equipment.

Compensation: You will receive top hourly wages in our industry, overtime, and steady, year-round hours, plus a monthly bonus plan and positive work environment. Full family health care plan, smartphone plan, uniforms, 401k Plan, company vehicle for lead technicians, and a family vacation and holiday package. Training package includes NATE certification, in-house, online, and formal classroom training in both customer service and technical skills.

Minimum Requirements: You will need (4) years’ experience to apply for installation technician and only (1) year’s experience to apply for apprentice technician. Everyone must be able to start early and work late during the busy periods of the year, pass a substance test and background check, and have a valid driver’s license with no DUIs in the past 5 years.
